LOVE is not proud
LOVE is rude
LOVE is not self-seeking
LOVE is not easily angered
LOVE keeps no record of wrongs
LOVE does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth
LOVE always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres
LOVE never fails.

If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not LOVE, I gain nothing

Hatred stirs up dissension, but LOVE covers over all wrongs

A bowl of vegetables with someone you LOVE is better than steak with someone you hate
